Diego Rojas is a Ph.D. candidate in Earth Science & Engineering. He is studying under the supervision of Professor Matteo Parsani. Diego works on the development of entropy stable algorithms for the simulation of turbulent flow. Algorithms of this kind have new and exciting properties related to the reliability and scalability of our simulations so that we can use the power of modern supercomputers to simulate fluid flow problems to higher resolution. Research Interest Diego Rojas research interest include Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Scientific Visualization, and High Performance
